1. STRICT PROHIBITIONS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

NO VPN / PROXY / IP MASKING

The use of VPNs, Proxies, or any software to mask your real IP address is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Our security system automatically detects IP discrepancies. Violation of this rule will result in an IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN of your account without prior notice.

REAL IDENTITY REQUIREMENT

You must register with VALID, REAL PERSONAL INFORMATION. We perform manual verification on all accounts before activation. Use of fake names, temporary emails, or false addresses will lead to immediate account rejection.

2. REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION PROCESS

To ensure the security of our GSM network, we enforce a rigorous vetting process:

  • MANUAL APPROVAL

    Every new registration is reviewed by our staff. We verify that the email and contact details are legitimate.

  • ONE ACCOUNT POLICY

    Multiple accounts for the same user are forbidden. Duplicate accounts will be merged or banned.

3. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

A. SERVICE FAILURE (AUTO-REFUND)

If a service (unlock code, server operation) fails, is rejected, or the code cannot be found by the supplier:

THE CREDITS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO YOUR DUBLINGSM ACCOUNT BALANCE.

You can use these funds immediately for other services. This process is instant and automated.

B. WITHDRAWAL TO BANK/PAYPAL

Funds added to the website are generally non-refundable to your bank account. A refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Binance, Bank) is ONLY POSSIBLE if you decide to:

PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.

In this case, we will refund 100% of your remaining balance and terminate your access to DublinGSM.

4. COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR

DublinGSM is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy is drafted in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described below.

4.1 DATA CONTROLLER

The entity responsible for the processing of your personal data is DublinGSM. For all privacy-related inquiries, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at support@dublingsm.com.

4.2 TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

  • Identity Data: Full name, username, and email address provided during registration.
  • Service Data (Critical): IMEI numbers, Serial Numbers (SN), Device Models, and Carrier information. This data is strictly necessary to perform the unlocking service.
  • Financial Data: Transaction history, payment amounts, and payment method identifiers (e.g., PayPal Transaction ID). We do NOT store full credit card numbers.
  • Technical Data: IP address, login timestamps, browser type, and operating system.

4.3 LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process your data based on the following legal grounds (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • Contractual Necessity: Processing IMEI numbers is required to fulfill the service you purchased (unlocking).
  • Legal Obligation: Keeping transaction logs for tax authorities and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Legitimate Interest: Monitoring IP addresses to prevent fraud, multiple account abuse, and VPN usage.

4.4 DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

To provide our services, we must share specific data with trusted third parties:

  • API Suppliers & Servers: IMEI numbers are transmitted to direct source servers (Manufacturers/Carriers) to generate unlock codes. These suppliers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Payment Processors: PayPal, Binance, and Wise process your payments. We only share the necessary transaction metadata.

4.5 DATA RETENTION POLICY

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Service Logs (IMEI): Retained for 2 years for warranty and support purposes.
- Financial Records: Retained for 5-7 years as required by tax laws.

4.6 YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your data:

1. Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
2. Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal details.
